Has anyone noticed that when you put a publication on notification status
with Little Brown, the authorization notices do not give you
1) the option to keep the title on notification status
2) a place to sign the authorization
If you just check the box to send the shipment, it also automatically puts
you back on standing order with 30 day approval.
