Use of Computer Labs by "visiting" students

Question for academic law librarians - How do you handle access to
your computer labs in the following situations:
1. A student from another law school has produced a letter from their
dean to your dean (or library director to lib. dir.) asking that the
student be accorded privileges at your library for some period of time.
Do you include access to your lab?
2. A student from another school is working during the summer in
your area or lives in your area and wants access to LEXIS/WL
or other library services (possibly to work on law review or other
assignments.

If your students pay a lab fee, do you charge users in these situations?
Our lab is open only to law students and they need to have an account to
fully access everything on the network (in addition to an e-mail account).
TIA for your input - enjoy the long weekend.
