We are considering the merits of a fixed-price contract vs. a
"modified subscription" contract with Lexis. If you have used
the "mod sub" type of contract, were your actual costs what
you expected? Did you exceed your usage cap? Did usage
ever fall below the contract amount? Were you generally
satisfied with this type of pricing arrangement?
