     You might actually want to try searching though the Law-Lib archives
     for this. I believe that sometime around December or January some
     messages were written about this case and another one that was
     similar.

Dear All,
        I am trying to locate one or more judicial decisions rendered in
verse. I remember being shown one in an older West reporter, but do not
remember much about it. It was admiralty, I think, and was so written
because the judge took as a challenge the brief by one party written in
verse. I have tried a Westlaw search in ALLFEDS, ALLFEDS-OLD, ALLSTATES
and ALLSTATES-OLD. However, it is very difficult to construct a search
like this. Any memories or suggestions would be much appreciated.
