Hi folks. I have an attorney in a hurry looking for a book ,
monograph, etc. which would detail the standard of care used
for the installation of underground storage tanks as it was
applied in 1968. He would prefer a publication written in 1967
or 1968 rather than something which addresses the issue in
retrospect.. As always any help is greatly appreciated.
