I have great news for you. The New York Public Library has the Baseball Blue
Book for the following years: 1915, 1921-26, 1936, 1940-42, 1944-1992. The
call number is "MVA (BASEBALL BLUE BOOK)." I don't know what condition they are
in, but you could try to get them through inter-library loan (we are on OCLC and
RLIN).
