I sent this request a couple of weeks ago but didn't receive a
response. I thought I'd try once again to see if anyone out
there could please send me a copy of an article form "LAWYERING
SKILLS BULLETIN", vol.6, no.3, Spring 1996.
The article is "Overcoming Procrastination: how to get things
done despite yourself" by Margaret Spencer. (I am told that it
is only two pages long).
The bulletin is published by the ABA, but they don't do
photocopying (they will only sell me the entire bulletin). I
have also checked for local resources on OCLC, but neither of
the two Virginia resources can find that particular issue.
If you do have a copy of this article and can fax it to me at
