1977 ABA Section of Litigation "Report
of the special Committee for the Study
of Discovery Abuse." Page 22 is
supposed to begin a discussion of Rule
34 of the Rules of Civil Procedure and
that is what one of my attorneys needs-
My three usual borrowing libraries do
not carry this. Any help would be
greatly appreciated and I would be
