Australian decision re: assisted suicide

One of our professors is looking for a recent decision by the
Supreme Court of the Northern Territory of Australia regarding the
Northern Territory's assisted suicide law. (The act itself, the
Rights of the Terminally Ill Act, is available on the web, but the
Norhthern Territory's site doesn't include court cases.)

I haven't been able to find the decision in the AUST database
on Lexis. According to the news stories I have found, the decision
was handed down on July 24, 1996, and is expected to be appealed (and
overturned) by Australia's High Court in September. If anyone can
give me a lead on how I might find the Northern Territory Supreme
Court decision (or confirm that the opinion was not reported), I would
greatly appreciate it. Thanks for any help!
