Here is another hopeful request that this is "out there"
somewhere... We need a very old Dept. of Labor Wage and Hour opinion
letter. Apparently, back then, they didn't have cite numbers, but were
referred to by date alone. We need Jan. 16, 1952, which should be about
"productivity bonus".

We have contacted the Dept., and they do not have these. The CCH set
starts in 1961, and we have also contacted them. They don't have either.
We have also contacted some of the local firms in LA, with no success.

If anyone can help with this, we would be quite grateful. We would be
glad to pay any FAX costs, etc.
