We have in our files two flow charts with "titles" that read "Flolex
Dimensional Analysis". One chart covers "Torts" and the other "Contracts".
A listing on the covers of both indicates that charts for other topics are
available, such as civil procedure, constitutional law, etc.
The charts are folded map-like into letter-sized plastic pockets. When
unfolded to full size they are about 3' x 5'. The imprint information in
the lower right corner says: "Flolex dimensional analysis, Copyright 1980,
By Robert J. Gelhaus and Wes Sage, Stanford, California.
These were apparently used as learning aids or law school teaching tools at
one time. Is anyone familiar with them? More significantly, are they
available in a more up to date form? I have tried every library catalog,
on-line source and Internet search engine I can think of, with no luck.
Please respond to me privately. If there is any interest I will summarize
for the list.
