Any assistance you can provide on the following would be greatly
appreciated. I have been asked to determine whether there exists a
Brooklyn municipal ordinance requiring employers to give employees
advance notice of plant closings or layoffs. If such an ordinance does
exist, I also need to obtain a copy of it. Thanks!
