I was very suprised to learn about the BNA exclusion. In fact, we found
out from our users when certain files were no longer available. I think
the company has some responsibility to notify users of a major change in
access before the change occurs.
According to the Lexis rep, this was a BNA decision and the company was
forced to comply. So, I guess we will all have to use BNA off our regular
lexis contract.
