I need to get a copy of the conference report for this bill H.R. 3734.
The report is H. Rept. 104-725. I know it will be in the July 30
Congressional Record, but we haven't recd that yet. I have tried Thomas,
GPO Access, etc. Does anyone know of another electronic source?
