Does AALL intend to file comments with the court regarding the proposed
anti-trust agreement with DOJ?
It would seem to me that you all might be able to offer informed comments
on what the DOJ is proposing.
I would think that you might elect to do so since your prior decision not
to obeject to the merger itself was a different question and based on
something of a misunderstanding as to the prologue to the merger.
I can think of few people as affected, or better able to determine the
likely effect of the DOJ agreement, than AALL.
