New York amicus briefs needed

For New York librarians, we are trying to locate two amicus curiae
briefs filed in a 1972 New York Court of Appeals case, Van
Valkenburgh, Nooger & Neville v. Hayden Publishing, 30 N.Y.2nd 34.

I have the info on the two briefs needed. If anyone has access to
this material, would you kindly contact me. Copies of the briefs are
needed by a Monday filing date.
