Hello group,
One of my associates is looking for "SEC v. Lowery" reported in CCH
Federal Securities Law Reports at par. 74,309. Closest guess is that it
dates from 1920-30's. It is not in our collection, with our other
offices, on-line, at my local lending institution, and (I am convinced)
may be a figment of someone's imagination (although that argument may only
be true for a late Friday afternoon request!).
My next step is to contact CCH directly but, since I have heard/read
about some of the service difficulties, I am not optimistic about that.
