If you search through Thomas and click on the Congressional Record,
you will get the Conference Report. I'm sorry I don't have the URL with
me. It's actually easier to go through Thomas than it is to type all those
numbers and letters.
But, beware. This is an extemely long conference report. The Web table
of contents is 8-9 pages. We printed the report out from Lexis this
morning (our CR still hasn't arrived yet either) and, if I remember
correctly, it was more than 300 pages.
