I'm having to come begging again. We need a U.S. District Court case for
the Northern District of AL, Bryant v. Compass Bank, No. CIV-95-N-2458-S
(N.D. Ala. May 31, 1996). I've tried online and searched the internet,
hoping to find it. If some kind soul would either fax the opinion to me, or
give me some direction, I will be ever so grateful. They need it for a
hearing next week and I'm trying to go on vacation, so the push is on.
