     I am posting this for a fellow librarian without Internet access.
     Please respond directly to Richard if you can help.

     Has anyone kept superseded Appleman volumes? We're looking for volume
     8 from 1962 containing section 4914. We've tried the law schools in
     the area and West Publishing (can you believe they don't keep
     superseded volumes?) and have a call in to the Library of Congress.
