I tried to find some record of the collection of treaties you asked
for. I checked in RLIN, as well as looking through our own
information (remember, we are a 100% depository, as well as a U.N.
Depository). The closest item I could find is an old set that I don't
think is what you are looking for. Here is the citation:

     Intergovernmental Maritime Consultative Organization.
Basic documents. Documents de base. London: The Organization,
     1968-70.
     3 v. in 1.
     English and French.

Mike Lynch is looking for a collection of treaties relating to the law of
the sea, published by a U.S. government agency, but not the State
Department. It seems the item is in 3 volumes and costs somewhere in the
neighborhood of $ 75.00. Does this ring any bells with anyone? Please
direct your responses to: Mike Lynch fac4086@uoft01.utoledo.edu

Thanks for your help.
