CFR users should note an error in 24 CFR 597.200. Section (v) refers to
section 2005 of the Social Security Act said to be found at 42 USC
1379d. There is no section 1379d. The correct reference is 42 USC
1397d. This CFR error is in the GPO CFR, Lexis, Westlaw, LCP's Lawdesk
edition, and WGL Housing and Development Reporter (p. 15:0154). The
original error is in the January 12, 1995 Federal Register at 60 FR 3041.
