Thanks again for all the replies to my request for LLC publications
containing state laws and forms. I'm sorry this summary took so long, but we
converted to Windows 95 and WP 6.1 this weekend and I feel lucky to be able
to even find my programs.
The most frequently recommended title was Ribstein and Keating, Limited
Liability Companies [4 volumes[looseleaf]. Formerly published by Shepards,
it is now Clark Boardman/Callaghan. who also publishes Rubenstein, Limited
Liability Companies [ 4 volumes] and Sargent, Limited Liability Company
handbook [ 1 vol. soft cover]. I called the editor who advised me that the
price of Ribstein, while now $100.00 less than Rubenstein, was soon to be
increased. Is anyone surprised?
