Good morning everyone! We're in for a very soggy (and stormy, judging by
the lightning outside my window!) day here in Toledo. Hope your day is
nicer. My day could be nicer if I found a source for DOL Wage and Hour
opinon letter No. 969 dated 3/10/69 as cited in CBC's Employment
Coordinator at page 50,117. We've checked BNA's Labor Relations Reporter
and Lexis to no avail. I'm pretty sure we could get this through BNA Plus
for big bucks, but if someone out in library-land had it handy, we'd sure
appreciate being faxed a copy (an all expense paid trip of course!).
