Having exhausted all of the RUSH ILL possibilities locally, I must appeal to
the group. A good story actually, we even sent a Library Clerk up to our
local university to get this item. Their subscription started with the issue
AFTER the one we need AARGH!
Benefits Law Journal, v.3 #2, Summer 1990. The article is the one that
contains page 190 (sorry the cite is so bad, we are working from page 190 of
the journal only).
We would like this faxed to us (I hope it is not too long). If we don't get
it today, we will resort to the longer standard ILL sources on Monday (a
terrible disappointment to the attorney who is basing a brief on this one
page).
