Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of research services including
reference, on-line research, inter-library loan, document delivery, circulation.
Supervise a staff of four. Master of Library Science or J.D., knowledge of
legal and business resources and techniques; excellent on-line research skills
including Lexis, Westlaw, CD-ROM, Internet, Dialog; demonstrated ability to
analyze complex problems and propose solutions; highly developed verbal and
