am trying to determine when Ark rule civ pro 12(b)8 was adopted. have copy
of ark court rules and it doesn't say. note says it is a defense previously
allowed under 27-1115(3) (rep 1962).
also need to know if anything replaced 27-1115(3) before rcp 12(b)8.
my guy doesn't want to pin his argument to a statute was repealed in 1962
and not replaced until rcp 12(b)8 was adopted unless 12b8 was adopted fairly
soon after the repeal.
i checked ar-st-ann on wl and couldn't find anything but the note in the
rules volume. any help will be greatly appreciated.
