We need access to a deposition of a plaintiff's expert witness and today
I learned of a private on-line database provider called the Industrial
Defense Library (IDL). It appears to be a "private database" that
provides online transcripts of expert witness testimony and can be
accessed only through WESTLAW pursuant to the signing of another
agreement. There additional monthly/connect charges that go along with
it.. Do any of you access IDL? What can you tell me about it?

Without polling our users, I don't know how frequently we will need to
access the database and am cautious about entering another agreement
and paying the monthly and connect charges associated with it. I don't
know of another way to get this info other than by calling Counsel to
get it. Does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks for your
help!
