Once again I turn to the list for help:

I am trying to locate CGAP 1236.691 and CGAP 1252.236-90. Both cites
appear in a contract and deal with Option for Supervision and Inspection
Services. I think they are related to the Coast Guard. I have tried
Lexis (FR, CFR, USC, and ADMIR files) and called the Coast Guard
Regulations office (they've never heard of it).

Any suggestions?
