We have a faculty member who is looking for yesterday's advisory opinion
from the ICJ regarding the legality of nuclear weapons. I was able to
find a fairly detailed summary of the opinion from the World Court
Project's homepage. However, this person wants the full text. Is this
available yet on the Internet? I searched for quite some time but was
unable to find it. I would appreciate any help you can provide in
locating this decision. Please respond directly to me as I do not
subscribe to this list.
