This is the third year I have planned a luncheon meeting for
State and Federal Attorney General Office Librarians at the
AALL annual meeting. This year the luncheon will be on
Tuesday, July 23rd, at the Indiana Convention Center. The
luncheon will be from 11:30 until 1:00 p.m. The cost is $13.47.
I have sent out faxes to all. If you did not receive your fax,
please call me or e-mail me as soon as possible. If you plan
to attend the luncheon, I must have your check by Friday, July
12th. Please make the check payable to me. I have to
personally guarantee the cost of the luncheon. I cannot add
people after July 22nd.
I have also scheduled a tour of the Indiana Attorney General's
Office at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 23rd. I need to know if
you will be attending this tour.
Also, if you plan to sit with A.G. librarians at the AALL
closing banquet.
I have heard and received checks from the following people: Anne
McDonald, Sara Paul, Fiona Wood-Braithwaite, Anita Anderson,
and Beverly Rubenstein. Several others have faxed back to me
their form indicating they will not be attending the AALL
meeting.
I have also sent by fax to all a survey regarding your
libraries. If you did not receive the survey, please contact
me. I have asked that completed survey be sent back to me by Friday,
July 12th so that we may discuss the results at our luncheon
meeting.
Please complete your AALL attendance form and survey, and
return them both to me as soon as possible.
