I have been asked to locate the SBA Procedural Notice 5000-479. This
document is related to the Small Business Administration's 504 loan
program and apparently requires a certain level of malpractice insurance
for attorneys advising their clients about the program.
I've checked the CFR and found reference to the loan program, but nothing
about this procedural notice. I also checked Nexis for any articles
mentioning it, as well as my limited business reference collection, but
to no avail. If anyone has any suggestions for me or can point me in the
right direction, I'd really appreciate it.
Of course this is needed today: the attorney will be overnighting a
document this afternoon.
