Another plea for help. I have a student who is writing a dissertation
on seduction and would like to know the name of the 1994 Georgia
case where the Supreme Court on June 27 declared the tort of
seduction unconstitutional. We found references to an article in the
ABA journal of September 1994 via LegalTrac, but our trail has
stopped there. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
