Good Afternoon All,
I have three questions:
1.) I have been looking for interactive securities forms on a disk esp.
form ADV for registration of brokers & BD for registration of Broker
dealers. My ass't librarian has done some extensive searching on OCLC
and has called publishers. We examined the CBC 3 -vol set + disk
(_Securities Regulations forms_) and I called NTIS & SEC directly. We
also checked the _Directory of Law-Related CD-ROMs, 1996_. Any
suggestions where to go from here?
2.) Up until yesterday, I could access www.sec.gov through my
independent Internet provider. Now I can't. My library assistant can
connect through her university provider. Why is that?
3.) Attached is a file of books we are about to discard.
They have not been updated for 2-3 years. If you are interested for
the price of postage, pls email me your response.
