Our system will decode a MIME formatted document, but not if there is
regular text preceding the document. In other words, it will only
decode one kind of text. This may be true for others. Would you mind
resending the document without any heading, so we get just the MIME
doc?
Thanks for taking time with this.

It seems that many of you are having a problem retrieving a clean copy
of the summary on Internet resources on health care that I posted
yesterday on law-lib. I've been told by our computer administrator that
the problem seems to exist at the recipient's end - that there should be a
program on your system that will "decode" files transferred via e-mail.
You may want to check with your system administrator to see if such a
program exists on your system. It may be helpful in trying to get the
summary. If you still experience problems, let me know and I will
make other arrangements to get a clean copy of the summary to you.
Thanks.
