law-lib mail problems

Following up on the problem of subscribers being continually bounced from
law-lib ....

The "administrivia" message I received today from the owner of the
"net-lawyers" listserv (Lewis Rose, email: LewRose@arentfox.com) contained
the following note:

"10. Listproc automatically deletes subscribes whose mail bounces for three
days. If you stop getting mail, please check and see if you are subscribed."

In the case of net-lawyers, therefore, it seems to have been possible to set
the system to give you 3 days' grace before bounced mail causes you to be
automatically deleted from the list. I imagine this is sufficient to cover
normal, temporary mail-delivery problems such as mail servers going down, etc.

Is it not possible to provide this 3 days' grace period with law-lib?
