I subscribe to Edupage, which is a news clipping summary service sent out 3
times a week via email, featuring stories on technology-related issues. The
latest issue, received July 2nd, had a story on this question and, as I
remember it, the difficulty of applying old tax laws to new ways of doing
business. Unfortunately, I have already deleted it but I believe the
