I am trying to locate an on-line version of the text of the following
California November ballot initiative:
The Retirement Savings and Consumer Protection Act
This is a follow-up initiative following the March 1996 litigation reform
package that was shot down by California voters.
I actually have a copy from the Cal. Secty. of State but their original
document is really pretty crappy. I've searched in about one million
websites, NEXIS, etc.
Does anyone have any ideas?
