There is a copy of HC 130 (Arbitration Bill) at

     http://www.hmsoinfo.gov.uk:80/Parliament/Bills/bills.htm

which I believe has not yet been enacted into law.

Three arbitration Acts exist currently in English Law - 1950, 1975 and
1979.
In addition to those acts, is there another, quite recent, arbitration
act which is also in effect ?

I would greatly appreciate hearing from any enlightened colleague on this
point TIA for your cooperation.
