Taxation for Internet Use

     Are any of you aware of a discussion to tax the use of the Internet?
     I have been told that there is both a national question about taxing
     the use of the Internet on the national level and the state level?
     I have checked Westlaw in periodicals but don't have the sources to
     check further.
