I have been trying for the past 6 weeks to get the full text of an
arbitration decision that was cited in Arbitration in the Schools. I
called LRP and they told me to call AAA. I tried my AAA 800#s, both of
which had been disconnected. I called customer service in NY and the
response was literally, "I don't know what you are talking about." I've
faxed and e-mailed customer service without any response. They used to
have a great (and easy) automated system (call a 800#, punch in your
decison # and your AAA# and they would mail it to you.) Has anyone had
similar experiences or suggestions for obtaining the full text of a
arbitration decision? Thanks
