Greetings:
I'm trying to locate biographical information on the Director of Cuban
Affairs at the State Department. I've searched through all our Who's Who
in America directories and Federal Staff Directory. Additionally,
Westlaw and Nexis have been searched for articles mentioning him and
I've searched the State Dept.'s web site. Although they do include bios
of department heads he wasn't included. I spoke with 2 people at the
State Dept. that told me they couldn't think of any resources with
this information.
In particular I'm looking for educational background, job history, birth
date, etc. If you have any suggestions how I might find this
information I'd enjoy hearing from you.
