I am looking for help trying to locate CLE materials on corporate
reorganizations that includes a discussion of changing status from
nonprofit status to for-profit corporate status. My client tells me that
there was an ABA CLE program May or June 1995 that dealt with this
topic, and the ABA section presenter "may" have been the Health Law
section. The ABA and ALI-ABA checked their catalog and CLE
schedules and claim that no such program was presented. Do you have
any helpful suggestions or creative low cost ideas?
What I've done.
I called ABA CLE office, checked the ABA CLE publications catalog on
the Internet, and also called ALI-ABA. My next step is to check EPIC's
version of OCLC looking for su=corporate reorganizations and pu=(ABA
or American Bar) or some similar search - but my guess is that I will
probably run up a bill and not find what I'm looking for.
