I need a Form Agreement for a Limited Partnership in Georgia. I have
searched the Prentice Hall and Aspen Publishing's State Limited
Partnership/Liability sets, and online, as well as called around. I was
told such a form existed. Could some kind soul over there in Georgia tell
me if such a form exists and if it does could it be faxed to me? We will
pay all charges. Thank you.
