We're looking for a publication/article that summarizes the developments in
banking regulation for the past year. CCH's Banking Law Reporter has a
section on Regulatory Developments, but it looks like the pages covering
part of the time period we're looking for, March 1995-Nov. 1995 have been
removed. Did anyone else happen to keep those pages? Do you know of
another source for what we're looking for? One of the speakers at an
ALI-ABA program appears to have done such a survey, but the program
materials are not out yet for 1996. We can search the Federal Register,
of course, but it could be time consuming to pick out the significant
stuff.
