The US Supreme Court has just handed down its opinion in Romer v. Evans,
challenging the constitutionally of Colorado's anti-gay rights amendment 2.
The state constitutional amendment was declared unconstitutional because it
violates the equal protection clause. The opinion can be found on LEXIS at
1996 US LEXIS 3245.
