This note just in about the Delaware PSC hearings on the residential ISDN
tariff. After looking at all the Bell Altantic cost data, the tariff
recommended by the hearing examiner is just $12.90, plus $1.60 for
unlimited usage!!!! If you have to may more in your own state, you are
paying too much.
