Thanks to Donna Shumaker for pointing out a problem she noticed in
the CCH Exempt Organizations Reporter re: amendments to the Virginia
law that were not included in the CCH text volume 1. We have a
current subscription to this set and when I checked out the Ohio statute
section comparing it to the Ohio Revised Code, I noticed a problem,
too. There were amended sections of the Code that were not updated in
the CCH book. Other Ohio librarians may have noticed this already. If
not, you may want to alert your users that the state law section is not
current and they should refer to the Ohio Revised Code and legislative
updates for current information. If you did check your set and found
no problems, please let me know and I will do a double take on our set
to make sure that a supplement wasn't misfiled or something. Thanks.
