A Legaltrac search came up with a cite to:

Information Access tells me that they add law-related articles from 1000
other sources that are not included on the list of publications. They also
say that the name of the source of this isn't zero dtv but is Crown's
Newsletter published by the Crown Attorney's Office, Toronto.
At this point, I'm confused. Has anyone heard of 0DTV? We'd like to get a
copy, of course, and will pay. Thanks.
