I hate to make any representations that people will rely on, but let me
just note, as a member of the advisory committee to the Blue Book, that
the Harvard Law Review has very powerful motivations of its own to get
the new edition out in time for the fall term. I'm sure that they will
do everything possible to ensure that it is out in time.
